Ability & leveling
Replenishes shields for you and nearby squad while you’re in water. Bigger shield regen in/near water, and it extends further to nearby squadmates at higher levels. Reaches full effect at Level 5 (Mastered). Community-reported — Epic doesn't publish exact figures.
